Definitions and Membership Policies
Priority Turnaround
Empire Club Member projects have priority before non-member estimating projects.
Membership Cancellation
We do not offer refunds for cancellation requests made after a subscription payment or after the trial period.
Upon membership cancellation, any accrued Empire Points will be voided.
If you wish to cancel your membership for any reason, you must email support@empireestimators.com with your request.
